RedLoad processes publicly accessible links and returns downloadable media from them. It's offered as-is, strictly for personal, non-commercial use — not as a bulk-download or redistribution tool.

Using RedLoad means agreeing to these baseline rules:

• No using it to break local, national, or international law.
• No downloading or redistributing copyrighted material without the rights holder's permission.
• No using the tool to harass or cause harm to anyone.
• No attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or tamper with how the service runs.
• Whatever you download through the service is entirely your own responsibility.

RedLoad doesn't host or store media on its own servers — content accessed through the service belongs to whoever actually owns it. Downloaded material shouldn't be used in a way that violates those rights.

Separately, the RedLoad name, logo, and the design/functionality of the site itself belong to the team behind it and aren't available for copying or redistribution without permission.

The service is provided "as is," full stop. There's no promise that it'll always be available, error-free, or fast — reliability is something we aim for, not something that's guaranteed in writing.

Using it is entirely at your own risk, and there's no liability on our end for problems that come from using — or being unable to use — the service.

To whatever extent the law allows, neither RedLoad nor the people building it are on the hook for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages tied to using the site — lost data, business disruption, or legal trouble stemming from misuse of downloaded content included.

Some content accessed through RedLoad may live on third-party platforms. Their availability, policies, and content are outside our control, and interacting with them is entirely at your own discretion.

Access to RedLoad can be limited, paused, or revoked at any time, without advance notice, for behavior that looks like it's violating these terms, harming other users, or interfering with how the service runs — including automated abuse.

RedLoad is still actively evolving, which means features can be added, modified, or dropped without prior notice. There's no obligation to keep any particular feature around indefinitely, and no liability for changes that affect how you use it.

Updates to these terms happen occasionally. Meaningful changes get reflected in the "Effective" date above. Continuing to use the service after an update means the updated terms apply to you.

These terms follow the laws of wherever the RedLoad team is legally based, and any dispute tied to using the service falls under that jurisdiction's courts.

Should any single clause here turn out to be unenforceable, everything else stays intact — the invalid part just gets swapped for something that captures the same original intent as closely as possible.
